New Unit Installation

If you are in need of a new heating and air system we can provide a free estimate for you. As a Bryant dealer, you can have access to the basics or the most advanced systems on the market. Let us know if you think it’s time for a change out.

New Units

When buying a new heating and air system there are a number of things to consider. Much of which depends on the type unit you currently have, the size of your home, and what is needed i.e. an entire replacement or just a partial.

For instance, with split units your furnace may be operating perfectly but your condenser (the outside unit) is no longer working. In this case we could quote you for a “partial install” which would allow you to keep the indoor furnace and only pay to replace the outdoor unit.

Duct Work

We do offer duct work installments for when you are installing a new heating and air system. It’s not always needed, but in certain cases we will highly recommend a new duct configuration. We may recommending fixing your duct work if the new system we are installing does not pair with the old duct work, or if the old duct work is thought to have inhibited the old system and be part of the cause for its failure to perform.

Repairs

Like any appliance, your heating and cooling systems will break down from time to time. It could be low freon, a capacitor, a logic board and etc. Regardless of the problem we come fully equipped with the knowledge and parts to solve the issue.

Unit Maintenance

When it’s 39 degrees or even worse 93 degrees outside and your air conditioning unit isn’t working, is there anything else more inconvenient? We don’t think so… That’s why we will highly recommend doing semi-annual maintenance on your heating and cooling systems. This will ensure your coils are cleaned, filters are changed, and all parts operating correctly.

Spring

It’s probably been a couple of months since you last ran your air conditioner for any length of time. Can you expect your system to run at peak efficiency once you need it again every day?

We have an extended season of hot weather which means a long period of heavy use for your air conditioner. Give your system a tune up and make sure it’s ready. Or, you’ll run the risk of having lower operating efficiency or even a break down that would have been preventable.

Fall

Your HVAC system does much more than keep your family comfortable. It’s also responsible for keeping your air supply clean and safe. Without regular maintenance, though, your heating and cooling system might be circulating air that’s even more polluted than the air outside.

As the weather starts to cool and you spend more time inside, keeping your indoor air clean is more important than ever. That’s why it’s essential to schedule our semi-annual preventive HVAC maintenance in the fall, when you’ll benefit most from the included air filter replacement. For the best indoor air quality throughout the year, we recommend changing your air filter every one to three months, depending on your household’s HVAC usage.
